NORTH CAROLINA SHARK FISHING
This is the organizing forum for NORTH CAROLINA SHARK FISHING. Introduce yourself, network with other anglers from North Carolina, and organize a crew here. North Carolina is located closer to the continental shelf than any other state on the Atlantic coast. There are more tiger sharks in North Carolina than any other state. The barrier island system of this state creates an incredible breeding area for many of the larger shark species including bull sharks, lemon sharks, hammerhead sharks, and tiger sharks. Although Cape Hatteras is the most famous name in Atlantic surf fishing, there is great fishing along the entire coast of North Carolina. Striped Bass, Redfish, Black Drum, Kingfish, Speckled Trout, and Bluefin Tuna are some of the better known catches for this state.

SOUTH CAROLINA SHARK FISHING
This is the organizing forum for SOUTH CAROLINA SHARK FISHING. Introduce yourself, network with other anglers from South Carolina, and organize a crew here. South Carolina is the famous location of the World Record 1,780 Lbs. Tiger Shark landed by Walter Maxwell off Cherry Grove Pier June 14th 1964. According to interviews, the bait was run out 700 yards from the pier into the deeper water. South Carolina has excellent surf fishing across the beachfront of the state, with lemon sharks, bulls sharks, large hammerhead sharks, and tiger sharks. Myrtle beach is listed as one of the top shark attack locations in the world.

FLORIDA SHARK FISHING
This is the Organizing forum for FLORIDA SHARK FISHING, a place to organize a crew to fish for sharks. Florida is one of the best shark fishing locations in the world. With over 1,100 miles of coast line, Florida is a shark fisherman's paradise. Florida has one of the longest shark fishing seasons of the year. In South Florida, shark fishermen catch sharks though most of the year. Florida shark species include hammerhead sharks, tiger sharks, bull sharks, lemon sharks, spinner sharks, blacktips sharks, nurse sharks, a few dusky sharks, and on rare occasion, great whites. Most of the Florida coast is beautiful with jade green clear water, beautiful sand, and a wide variety of saltwater fish species, including kingfish, tarpon, jewfish, grouper, and cobia. Shark fishing in Florida can be broadly defined by geography with the West Florida Gulf Coast, East Florida Atlantic Coast, and the Florida Keys. Some excellent locations include shark fishing in Pensacola, Shark fishing in Panama City, as well as Tampa. On the Atlantic favorite shark fishing locations include Daytona Beach, Sebastian, and Palm Beach County. WE RECOMMEND that people going on vacation in Florida consider the panhandle or the northern atlantic regions of Florida with less population when planning shark fishing trips to Florida. There are many more restrictions on shark fishing in Florida where the population is dense along the South East Atlantic Coast. Florida has both big shark action that rivals Australia, but also has excellent light tackle shark fishing action for anglers catching sharks on a casted surf rod with baits weighing less than a pound.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT OUR PRIMARY SHARK FISHING FORUM IS THE INTERNATIONAL LAND BASED SHARK FISHING FORUM.
